Standard factual listings and corrections are free. A directory record can include the provider name, category, ages served, location, contact details and a link to an official website or social page.

What to send

Send only the details needed for a listing enquiry: business name, category, official website or social page, contact person, contact email or phone, and ages served. Please do not send information about individual children.

How listings work

Details are checked against the provider’s official source before they are added. Payment is not required to remain in the factual directory.

What happens next

A suggestion is not an automatic publication request. The details must be relevant to local families, supported by a current provider or official source, and fit the directory’s coverage. Activity listings normally need to be in Hervey Bay or clearly serve Hervey Bay families; school and approved-care coverage extends across the Fraser Coast.

The secure form returns a reference after it is accepted. Keep that reference for follow-up. Enquiries are reviewed editorially; urgent deadlines should not rely on publication.
